The Stadium has a total capacity of 11,000 seats, including 6,500 fixed stadium-type chairs, 500 premium-type seats, 4,000 berm seats and four suites. The project also involved two visiting team locker rooms, two clubhouses of approximately 55,000 sf each, a shared facilities/maintenance building, and surface parking for approximately 4,000 cars.

The project also includes two main observation towers with observation deck, concessions, novelty stands and restrooms at Minor League Cloverleaf Fields. Referred to as the “ninth wonder of the world,” a “modern marvel” and the “Versailles of spring training facilities” by various baseball insiders, the project provides top-of-the-line facilities for players and fans alike.

Three in-fields Salt River Fields is located on the eastern edge of Scottsdale, AZ and is associated with The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The project is LEED® Gold Certified.
