Panther Premium Logistics, headquartered in Medina Ohio, provides door-to-door transportation solutions for more than 11,000 customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies and blue-chip transportation service providers. Their new facility features an open concept plan with varied assortment of brick bonding patterns and colors on the exterior to provide visual interest and contrast to a predominantly low and long façade. GLSD Architects, a division of GEIS Construction, designed this building with unique features, such as a cantilever exterior accent canopy to extend interior space, acoustical ceiling clouds and a bright color pallet.

The intricate design by GLSD Architects created an absolutely stunning facility. The expansive amounts of glass used along with the overall open air industrial feel showcasing exposed structure, ducts and lighting made this building look and feel modern, vibrant and energetic. Not only is the design architecturally impressive, the overall project also took into consideration their sustainability goals. Panther Premium Logistics was designed using insulated concrete forms (ICF), an Amvic brand supplied by The Henry Bierce Company. The ICFs give the building constant temperature control, lower operating costs and provides Panther employees with better indoor air quality within the building. The facility is also equipped with side by side trash and recycling containers to separate waste. The Panther Premium Logistics facility is sustainable building, providing premium solutions and unmatched performance.
