Concrete Projects: National Park Service - Sequoia National Park

Natina Concrete Formula (concrete colorant) creates brown hues ranging from tan to very dark brown that will not fade from sun exposure like typical paints and stains.
National Park Service - Sequoia National Park
The National Park Service used Natina Concrete Formula to better blend these large water tanks into the beautiful natural surroundings of the Sequoia National Park. The reaction between Natina and the lime in the concrete created a unique rustic brown color with beautiful red tones. The streaking (due to the condition of the concrete before staining) and the mottled appearance (which naturally occurs during the color development phase) adds to the natural/rustic look that was targeted.
