The new 21,000 square-foot Flower Mound senior center will offer their members rooms for activities such as bridge and billiards as well as a library, fitness and computer room. It’s four times the size of the old senior center, a building that formerly functioned as the town hall.

Rmax sales and technical team visited the jobsite throughout construction to assist with mock-ups, observe and answer any questions over the installation of ECOMAXci™, R-SEAL 3000 and R-SEAL 6000. Marketing personnel also visited numerous times to capture pictures of the installation. This was Vaden’s first install of ECOMAXci™ Wall Solution, and they were very impressed with its ease of installation.

ECOMAXci™ Wall Solution, includes a thermally efficient continuous insulation board, along with Rmax branded tape and flashing. This solution has been tested in multiple NFPA 285 assemblies and is approved for use in exterior walls of buildings of any height.

ECOMAXci™ is installed continuously to reduce thermal bridging and block air and moisture. This wall solution is lightweight and easy to install - all contributing to an overall savings. Combined with Rmax tape and flashing, this solution has been tested to meet stringent fire code requirements as well as air and water barrier standards for the most effective, efficient building envelope design.
