This complex of condominiums was designed to evoke the feel of a small hometown community, just outside the limits of the busy Fillmore District. It was important that the interiors of the community’s dwellings feel just as warm as the striking accent colors of the exteriors. The use of many different styles of Series 5000 windows, as well as the Series 8000 balcony doors, create an open and relaxed atmosphere for the inhabitants of this Bay Area community.
