For 15 years, A.L. Thompson Building Supply has been successfully selling Fypon products at its building supply store in the Grand Cayman Islands. Completing an average 1,200 customer transactions daily, the Thompson’s know that Fypon is a quality product that its customers rely on frequently. That’s why when it was time for A.L. Thompson, Jr. and his wife Melissa to start building their house in 2002, they knew Fypon products would give them the look they desired for their house.

“We’re pleased with how the detailed moulding pieces enhance the overall look of the home’s exterior,” Melissa Thompson said. “The wrap-around porch serves as a key focal point of our home, and the Fypon pieces helped us create the island-casual feeling that we wanted while providing us with no-warp, no-decay products.”

Melissa and her husband designed their home to look and feel like an authentic Victorian home that the Cayman Islands are known for. A.L. Thompson oversaw the building of their home and the products went up with ease and without any problems.

The island dream house was completed in 2007 and has withstood the varying weather the Cayman Island brings. The Thompson family loves that Fypon products are low maintenance. Even after 10 years, their home looks almost new and they continue to receive compliments on their dream home.
