This elevated 6’ x 6’ guard building was built for the roof top parking deck at Cobo Center in Detroit, MI to enhance security. This classic looking booth includes heating and cooling, tinted/insulated windows, sliding steel door and a 12” canopy overhang on all sides. Roof was prepped for camera installation. The platform was 6’0” high, with grip strut steps and hand rails. Stand painted black (hot dip galvanized optional).
