The historic Peter Miller Hotel in Miami Beach has been transformed into the new home for Lennox Hotel’s third location. The hotel combines an elegant Mediterranean style with a contemporary design. ShadeFX was appointed to add retractable shade for three main sections: the pool bar, the pool trellis, and the outdoor dining space.

Looking out onto 19th street is the hotel’s signature restaurant with outdoor seating. Four retractable roofs provide over 400 sq. ft. of coverage while blending nature into the design.Bamboo sticks, string lighting and hanging planter baskets are strategically placed below enhancing the tropical theme.

The Mediterranean-style courtyard is found in the heart of the Lennox Hotel where guests can lounge poolside. ShadeFX customized an 18’ x 14’ retractable roof to protect guests and staff from the balmy weather at the pool bar.

Located on the opposite end of the pergola is a large pool trellis and walkway where ShadeFX manufactured eight manual and motorized retractable canopies with gutters for rain management, covering nearly 1,000 sq.ft of space.
