This project involved converting an unused lawn area at a popular retirement community in Florida into a beautifully landscaped area featuring a Tour Greens putting green.

Balance of Aesthetics, Function and Safety
Our client wanted to create a space that could be used by more than their golfers so sitting areas and exercise stations were provided along the pathways around the area. Tour Greens worked with a committee of their residents to achieve a balance of aesthetics, function and safety.

An Added Benefit
While our client knew the golfers would love it, they were equally impressed by the reaction from their non-golfers as well. Residents, staff, and visitors alike enjoy being outside more now that they have converted this previously unused space into a destination spot. The outdoor exercise stations are being used more because of the beautiful surroundings.
